• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

• To provide AI feedback on your essays and profile materials.
• To connect you with human mentors for written feedback and 1-on-1 sessions.
• To process payments and manage your credits and subscription.
• To improve our AI models and platform features.
• To send you service-related emails (feedback delivered, session reminders).

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Mentors: When you submit a Ping, your essay is shared with the assigned mentor for review.
• Service providers: OpenAI (AI processing), Stripe (payments), AWS (hosting). Each is bound by their own privacy policies.
• Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect the safety of our users.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at info@pingin.ai.

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted passwords, HTTPS, and JWT-based authentication. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
